FAQ

SHOPPING ONLINE

Shopping online is easy with us. Browse through our items. Place an order via email or order form and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received.

STOCK STATUS

1. "Sold Out" means that the item is no longer available.
2. "Temporarily Out of Stock" refers to an item that is currently unavailable but will be restocked shortly.
3. "Reserved Items" means stocks are reserved for other customer for maximum 3 days before letting it go to another interested customers.
4. Sale Items marked "Sale" are not refundable or exchangeable. Final Sale Items are discounted items marked for clearance.

Can I change my order?
Please make all changes before confirmation as once an order has been posted (for delivery) it cannot be changed or canceled. Pricing All prices quoted are listed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

SPECIAL REQUEST
We are happy to accommodate any special requests (e.g. if it's a gift and you would like to attach a special note) Just include your instructions as "Special Requests" in your email or at 'Remarks' column in order form.

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?
1. Bank Transfer via ATM or internet banking to our Maybank & CIMB account.
2. COD – List of available COD places will be emailed upon request.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days once payment is received. Add on the delivery estimate below.

How much does shipping cost?

We are attached to one courier service which is very liable and fast.

1) Peninsular Malaysia (RM6.00) - per delivery

2) Sabah (RM 10.00) - per delivery

3) Sarawak (RM 10.00) - per delivery

4) International delivery - please email us.

Notes: For any item weighs more than 500g, we will notify upon confirmation by the courier service.

C.O.D

1) Cash on delivery is available only on selected areas (email us for the list)

2) Please note that COD depends on the appointment time fixed cause we are also the working Juicies!

3)All the charges are included fuel surcharge and GST.

Expedited shipping is available at additional cost, just email us at thejuicycloset@gmail.com.

The Juicy Closet is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Can I pick up my order directly from you?
Yes. COD (cash on delivery) is available at certain stated areas. Please email us for COD list.

How do I track my order?
For orders shipped by registered mail (including all international orders) – check the delivery status of your parcel online tracking system (depending on the courier services which info will be provided upon confirmation of order).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return and Exchanges are not allowed unless customers can prove that The Juicy Closet is responsible then The Juicy Closet will attend to a formal complaint appropriately.

*How do I return an item?
Email us (subject "Return") with your name & address, order number, item description and reason for return. Please wait for our reply and instructions before shipping an item back to us. Once we receive the item in good order, we will email you for the next course of action. Return policy is within 5 days after receiving your products.

What sizes are available?

To achieve an accurate measurement, make sure you wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust.

Size: S / Bust up to: 36" (80) / Waist up to: 27" / Hips up to: 36"
Size: M / Bust up to: 38” (85) / Waist up to: 29" / Hips up to: 38"
Size: L / Bust up to: 40” (90) / Waist up to: 31" / Hips up to: 40"
Size: XL / Bust up to: 42" (95) / Waist up to: 33" / Hips up to: 42"
